By accessing or using Emailify Components at components.emailify.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Emailify Components is a free library of email design components that can be copied and used in Figma. The components are designed to work with the Emailify Figma plugin to create HTML emails.

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 What You Can Do

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Browse and view all components on the Site
  • Copy components into your Figma workspace
  • Modify and customize components for your needs
  • Use components in personal and commercial projects
  • Share links to the Site with others

3.2 What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the component library as your own product
  • Create a competing component library service using our components
  • Scrape, copy, or download the entire Site content in bulk
  • Remove attribution or copyright notices from components
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

4. Intellectual Property

The components in our library are inspired by publicly available marketing emails from various brands. While we provide these components for your use, the original brand identities, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site itself, including its design, layout, code, and organization, is owned by Hypermatic and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

5.1 "AS IS" Basis

The Site and all components are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations about:

  • The accuracy or completeness of the components
  • The availability or functionality of the Site
  • The compatibility with any specific email client or system
  • The absence of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

5.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that components will work perfectly in all email clients, render identically across platforms, or achieve any specific results for your email campaigns.

5.3 Third-Party Services

Our components are designed to work with Figma and the Emailify plugin, which are third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with these services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypermatic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site
  • Any components copied from the Site
  • Unauthorized access to your data or transmissions
  • Errors or omissions in the content
  • Any other matter relating to the Site

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypermatic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your use of the components in your projects

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality
  • Use automated systems to access the Site excessively
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect user information without consent

9. Modifications to Service
